Founding GTM provides fractional go-to-market engineering and consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline for any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, guarantee of results, or professional legal, tax, or financial advice.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS or MMS messages from Founding GTM regarding appointment scheduling, reminders, conversational replies, and service updates.

• Program description: appointment and customer-care messages related to your inquiry or engagement with Founding GTM.
• Consent: consent is not a condition of purchase. You must be the subscriber of, or authorized user of, the mobile number provided.
• Message frequency: varies based on your interactions with us.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to end messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
